If you later create a secure account to pursue accreditation verification, we will collect additional information required for that process, including identity and financial documentation you choose to upload.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, send you educational follow-up about the Loan Participation Program, and, if you proceed, to support account creation and accreditation verification. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain records related to accreditation verification and applicable disclosures for as long as required to support our compliance with Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, currently expected to be at least six years, subject to final confirmation with counsel.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents — you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion, and opt out of certain uses.
