Information we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your first name, last name, and email address. If you later create a secure account to pursue accreditation verification, we will collect additional information required for that process, including identity and financial documentation you choose to upload.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, send you educational follow-up about the Loan Participation Program, and, if you proceed, to support account creation and accreditation verification. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party service providers
We use Resend, a transactional email service, to deliver contact-form submissions to our team. Resend processes your name and email address solely to transmit that notification and is contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose. We may use additional service providers (for example, a CRM or a document-verification service) as the investor portal is built out; this policy will be updated to reflect them before they go live.
Retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on your inquiry. We retain records related to accreditation verification and applicable disclosures for as long as required to support our compliance with Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, currently expected to be at least six years, subject to final confirmation with counsel.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents — you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion, and opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us at eric@acelerafinancial.com. We may need to retain certain records notwithstanding a deletion request where required to comply with securities recordkeeping obligations.
